What exactly is natural wine?
Natural wine is made from grapes grown organically or biodynamically, fermented with native yeasts, and produced without additives or heavy filtration. We focus on 'low-intervention' wines that truly represent their terroir.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
Yes. Because our packages contain alcohol, an adult aged 21 or older must be present to sign for the delivery. We cannot leave wine shipments on porches or at doorsteps without a signature.
How do you protect the wine during shipping in hot weather?
During extreme temperatures, we offer 'Weather Hold' services or thermal packaging options to ensure your wine doesn't overheat. We recommend choosing expedited shipping if you live in a particularly warm climate.
Are your wines vegan-friendly?
Most of our natural wines are vegan as they are typically unfined and unfiltered. Unlike conventional wines, they do not use animal-derived fining agents like gelatin or isinglass.
What is your return policy for corked or damaged bottles?
If you receive a bottle that is corked or was damaged during transit, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will provide a replacement or a store credit for the affected bottle.

Yes! Our MYSA Natural Wine Club offers monthly or quarterly shipments curated by our experts, featuring rare bottles, tasting notes, and exclusive discounts for members.
